ANDE Conference, Growing Small Businesses in Latin America, 3/23-3/26 in Granada, Nicaragua
The 2010 ANDE Latin America conference will be held in Granada, Nicaragua March 23-26.
The goal of the ANDE Regional Conference for Latin America
is to bring the ANDE vision, education and network building directly to the
field and to create a model for ANDE regional convenings that can be replicated
globally. Organized by ANDE Members Agora Partnerships, Technoserve and Root
Capital, the gathering is a comprehensive three-‐day
awareness-‐building and
educational conference geared towards explaining and advocating the importance
of supporting small and growing businesses (SGBs).
The Regional Conference will provide both practical skills and a broader understanding of how each participant and organization’s efforts fit into a global movement. The event will also seek to develop greater trust and understanding among local staff from different organizations in order to foster more collaboration and learning among ANDE members.
