Anne Marie Burgoyne is responsible for identifying and supporting Draper Richards Foundation Fellows and creating infrastructure for the support of the Fellows and their organizations. She joined Agora's board in conjunction with our Draper Richards Fellowship. Anne Marie brings years of valuable experience to the Agora board in nonprofit development and management, as well as online marketing and investment banking. Anne Marie received her Master of Business Administration and Public Management Program certificate from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and was selected by her peers as the recipient of the Ernest C. Arbuckle Award. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and its Wharton School, respectively.

Sue Igoe is the Vice President of Marketing for RecycleBank. Prior to Recycle Bank, Sue spent a portion of her career working on new ventures in the publishing and media businesses and was on the initial launch team of Agora Partnerships. She also spent four and a half years working at Playboy Enterprises as the Director of Marketing and Events where she started a successful event marketing department for Playboy.com. Sue graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from Boston College and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Eric Sillman is a General Partner at Aperture Venture Partners, a venture capital group primarily focused on healthcare companies in the United States. Prior to this, Eric worked at UBS in the investment banking group primarily focused on Latin America. He also worked at TechnoServe in Latin America and Africa where he assisted rural entrepreneurial enterprises and helped develop a methodology to measure organizational impact. He serves on TechnoServe's Board of Members. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and B.A. from Brown University.

Ezra Friedman is an Assistant Professor at Northwestern University School of Law. He holds a B.A. from Haverford College, a JD from Yale Law School, and a PhD in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to his current position, Ezra has worked as a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Economics at Yale University and Yale Law School, an economist at the Federal Trade Commission and a licensed New York City Medallion Taxicab Driver.

Sam Sussman is a senior hedge fund analyst at Cadogan Management. Prior to this, Sam had been at Bear, Stearns for 13 years where he was a Senior Managing Director in structured products. Sam also spent 3 years at Corporate Decisions, a Boston-based management consulting firm, where he advised companies on growth opportunities and helped launch a healthcare related venture. Sam has traveled extensively throughout Latin America. Sam graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a B.A in economics and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Peter Reiling Peter A. Reiling is the Aspen Institute's Executive Vice President for Leadership and Seminar Programs, and Executive Director of the Henry Crown Fellowship Program. In this role, he oversees the Institute's growing portfolio of leadership initiatives (the Aspen Global Leadership Network) and seminars (including The Aspen Seminar, offered at the Institute since 1950) as well as its flagship leadership program.

Peter is a trustee, officer and senior moderator of the Aspen Institute, a Henry Crown Fellow (Class of 1998), and the founder of the Africa Leadership Initiative (ALI), a joint venture between the Aspen Institute and five African business leaders. ALI has since been replicated in Central America as "CALI" and in India as "ILI" with plans to expand into China, the Mideast and Central Europe. Similar programs have also been launched in the fields of politics, education and the environment with plans to expand into health and social entrepreneurship. The goal of all these ventures is to stimulate a new generation of accomplished, entrepreneurial leaders to play a greater role in the social and political development of their communities and countries.

Prior to joining the Aspen Institute, from 1996 to 2004, Peter was President and CEO of TechnoServe, an international organization helping entrepreneurs across Africa, Latin America, and Central Europe to build businesses in their communities (www.tns.org). He is co-founder of the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs and currently serves as chairman of the board of the CALI Foundation as well as on the boards of ALI/East Africa, ALI/West Africa, ALI/South Africa, Agora Partnerships and the Energy Access Foundation. Peter is a former adjunct professor at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and guest lecturer at the Institute for Developing Economies in Tokyo. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations as well as the Bretton Woods Committee, and was named "Outstanding Social Entrepreneur" by the Schwab Foundation in Geneva. A graduate of Georgetown University (BSFS) and the University of California/Berkeley (MBA), with additional studies at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles, Peter is married to Denise Byrne and is the father of two children, Dylan and Eva Luna.

Juan Carlos Pereira is currently an Investment Officer with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group. He is also Co-Founder and former Executive Director of ProNicaragua, a public-private institution that supports foreign investors seeking offshore opportunities in Nicaragua. Juan Carlos holds a B.A. in Economics from Santa Clara University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Juan Carlos speaks fluent Spanish, English, French and Italian.

Ricardo Terán Salomón is the President and CEO of Grupo Roberto Terán, a multi-industry conglomerate family corporation with over 70 years of operations in Nicaragua, Central America and the United States. He has held the Presidency of the Nicaraguan Postal System, as well as the top leadership in several business organizations, including the Nicaraguan-Mexican Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Teran has founded and participated in many social and environmentally focused organizations including the Fundación Roberto Terán, the principal organization on corporate social responsibility in Nicaragua, Fundación Amigos del Bosque, which focuses on sustainable forestry and the American-Nicaraguan Foundation, which focuses on health for poor populations. Mr. Teran has done graduate studies at Stanford University Business School and has a B.A. in Marketing and International Business from the University of Tennessee.

Kevin Marinacchi is Founder and Vice President for Programs of the Fabretto Children Foundation, a U.S. based foundation dedicated to providing hope and opportunity for abandoned, abused, orphaned and neglected children in Nicaragua. Since 1994, under Kevin's stewardship, Fabretto has grown from an organization serving less than 500 children to serving nearly 3,000 children in five different centers in Nicaragua. Kevin earned his B.A. from Georgetown University in 1989 and his MBA from the Kellogg Business School in 1995.
